Thank you for praying for InterHigh Monthly 3. This past saturday, we had 169 students come to InterHigh. This is our highest attendance so far. Of the 169, 66 came for the first time. What’s amazing is that we didn’t do any additional advertisement, so news about InterHigh is spreading word of mouth. I met a youth pastor who came because one of the other youth pastors highly recommended InterHigh. The InterHigh staff and mentors were so thankful for the turnout and for all of your prayers and support.
This past saturday we covered DNA by design and showed that: 1) DNA is information and 2) information must come from an intelligent source–God. Our very own Mark Borja and Richard Kwon gave engaging presentations on a topic that was right up their alley. We also gave a message on honoring God’s name by living a Christian life that honors God. We ended the evening with small group prayer.
I had a chance to talk to Tony, one of the youth leaders who has been driving his students from Stockton! He came to Rise, driving 1 student. Then he came to InterHigh Monthly #1, driving two students. This time around, he was able to bring five. I was touched that Tony and his students continue to come all the way from Stockon. Tony’s prayer is that he could convince more of his youth students to make the long journey. It seems that his efforts are working.
Tony believes in our ministry, and is willing to spend one saturday a month being a driver for his students so that they can

receive training and encouragement from InterHigh students and mentors. His willingness and servant-like heart challenge me to do whatever it takes to minister to others. I’m thankful that InterHigh could be a blessing to youth leaders like Tony and to youth groups like his.
